WAVERLEY BASKETBALL CLUB SUMMER 2021/22 REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN-REGISTRATIONS CLOSE ON WEDNESDAY 25TH AUGUST AT 5:30PM WAVERLEY BASKETBALL CLUB REGISTRATION INFORMATION – SUMMER SEASON 2021/22 We are pleased to open our Registration for the SUMMER Season 2021/22 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE EMAIL BEFORE CLICKING ON THE REGISTRATION LINKS TO ENSURE YOU REGISTER IN THE CORRECT COMPETITION Please see the links below for each registration: Saturday Registration https://www.playhq.com/basketball-victoria/register/15fba8 This link above is if you want your child to play in a game which is on a SATURDAY. This includes a training session on a set day and time as decided by the coach. No requests for training can be accommodated. All age Groups and Genders are played on Saturday. The Weekly Team Sheet fee is $84 per team per match. The Team sheet is divided equally amongst all registered players in the team. The team sheet component is compulsory and is paid to your team manager direct before the season commences. The club has included the First Round of team sheets in the registration fee Midweek/Friday Registration https://www.playhq.com/basketball-victoria/register/b80d93 This link above is if you want your child to play a game MONDAY or FRIDAY. There is no training session allocated for these teams. Please refer to attachment for conditions of registering into a Midweek/Friday Team. U8 Mixed and U10/12/14/16/18/23 Girls are played on a Monday night. U10/12/14/16/18/23 Boys are played on a Friday night. The Weekly Team Sheet fee is $84 per team per match. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING TO PLAY SATURDAY AND A MIDWWEEK/FRIDAY REGISTRATION YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE BOTH REGISTRATION FORMS All registrations need to be done via PlayHQ. Please note that there is a compulsory Basketball Victoria Insurance component of $25 which is added automatically to each new player. It is valid for 12 months. As it is email specific you need to use the same email address you registered with last season. As Basketball Victoria receive this money at time of registration we are unable to refund the $25 amount. If in doubt do not register. See the following link for support on this. https://support.playhq.com UNIFORM ORDERS Playing singlet and shorts and other club merchandise is available to purchase from the following online store. http://www.impactsports.com.au/club/waverley_basketball/ To be able to participate in competition you need to purchase a playing top and playing shorts. We do not hold stock of playing uniforms for players to borrow, you need to purchase a playing uniform through the online portal. Players are unable to take the court if they are not in the playing unifomr. Terms and condition of registration are listed on our website and in the PlayHQ registration link.
