Team Selections

Team selections for all age groups are carried out in accordance with the Team Selection Policy, by our Age Group Team Selectors and our Selection Committee. This ensures that players of similar skill and ability levels will play together and give players the opportunity to develop while being competitive in their grade.

 

The skill level, size of players and the position that they will play (centre, forward or guard) as well as player friend requests (within reason) are all considered. Selectors personally observe current players and get input from our coaches. Current and new players may be requested to attend a selection or training clinic.
